Nigeria’s Supreme Court has reserved judgment in an appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), following the conclusion of proceedings and the regularisation of all filings.
The appeal lists Sule Lamido, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Austin Nwachukwu, and two others as respondents.
A panel of justices heard arguments from the parties involved before announcing that judgment has been reserved to a later date, in line with standard judicial procedure.
No specific date was given for the ruling.
