Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda has warmly congratulated Murtala Aliyu-Kankia on his appointment as the All Progressives Congress (APC) legal adviser, calling it a testament to his professionalism and integrity.
In a statement released by his chief press secretary, Ibrahim Kaula-Mohammed, Radda praised Aliyu-Kankia’s selection as a well-earned nod to his legal expertise and leadership. “His vast experience in public service and law makes him the perfect fit for this role. The APC will thrive with his calm demeanour, sharp legal mind, and commitment to justice,” Radda declared.
Highlighting Aliyu-Kankia’s previous roles as a federal commissioner and acting chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau, the governor expressed confidence that the party’s legal affairs would be handled with transparency and respect for constitutional principles.
“On behalf of Katsina’s government and its people, I salute our own Murtala Aliyu-Kankia on this prestigious national role. May Almighty Allah guide him as he serves the APC and Nigeria. We’re certain the party’s legal matters are in capable hands,” Radda added.
Hailing from Kankia Local Government Area in Katsina, Aliyu-Kankia’s appointment is seen as a timely boost for the APC’s push for unity and internal democracy.
