Presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Atiku Abubakar, has said the party’s manifesto is strongly focused on empowering women and young people across Nigeria.
Speaking on the party’s policy direction, Atiku said the ADC’s plans place inclusion and opportunities for women and youth at the centre of governance and national development.
“If you go through the manifesto of ADC, you will find out that it is heavily tilted towards women and youth,” he said.
The former vice president added that the party is committed to creating policies that will expand participation, improve economic opportunities and give younger Nigerians a greater role in leadership and decision-making.
