The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos has praised President Bola Tinubu’s administration for pioneering a new era of inclusive governance, which is fostering national unity and representation across Nigeria.

In a statement issued Tuesday, Lagos APC spokesman Seye Oladejo urged Nigerians to rally behind the president’s leadership, noting, “President Bola Tinubu is building a Nigeria where every citizen, regardless of tribe, tongue, or faith, feels seen, heard, and valued.”

Highlighting the inclusive nature of Tinubu’s governance, Oladejo stressed that the administration’s approach goes beyond slogans. “This government stands as proof that unity can be built through shared opportunities, merit-based leadership, and inclusive national planning,” he said.

Since assuming office on May 29, 2023, Tinubu’s administration has made deliberate strides in reflecting Nigeria’s diversity in appointments and policymaking. Oladejo noted the balanced representation across all six geopolitical zones, with women, youth, minority groups, and persons with disabilities being meaningfully included in leadership positions.

“Our president has risen above partisan divides by appointing competent Nigerians from opposition parties, civil society, and the private sector, demonstrating that governance is about progress, not politics,” Oladejo added.

The statement also highlighted President Tinubu’s efforts to empower young Nigerians, especially in innovation-driven sectors such as technology, entertainment, renewable energy, and the digital economy. “Several appointments of individuals under 40 show the administration’s commitment to involving youth in shaping Nigeria’s future,” Oladejo explained.

Religious balance remains a key pillar of Tinubu’s governance. Oladejo pointed out that appointments and federal resource distribution disregard religious affiliations, reinforcing national unity and dispelling fears of exclusion.

In infrastructure development, the administration’s commitment to equity is evident. Projects like the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, the Port Harcourt-Maiduguri Rail Line, and the Kaduna Dry Port underline a vision of shared prosperity for all Nigerians.

“President Tinubu’s leadership is rooted in fairness, representation, and meritocracy. His inclusive governance model is not a slogan but a strategy driving Nigeria’s national development,” Oladejo concluded.

The Lagos APC called on all Nigerians to support the government as it continues to build a united, diverse, and prosperous nation under President Tinubu’s visionary leadership.
