Dr David Emmanuel Ombugadu the People’s Democratic Party governorship candidate in 2023 has sued for peace ,tolerance ,urging the people of Nasarawa State to remain steadfast and focus .
The PDP governorship hopeful at an event organized by Ayenajeh Gbagyi Youth Association ,Uke Birnin Gbagyi end of year celebration and thanksgiving in honour Engineer Kefas Kauraon his election as the PDP Nasarawa State Chapter, said he is not particular about leadership but interested in ensuring that the people of Nasarawa State are not shortchange .
He maintained that come 2027 PDP will take over Shendam Road Government House Lafia and institute a people oriented program that will be benefiting to the people at the grassroots.
Dr David Emmanuel Ombugadu used the opportunity of the occasion to assured of connecting with the people at all levels.
Reacting on the recent recruitment of teachers in the state ,he said the exercise lacks focus and proper management.” Before embarking on such exercise you have to know the size of your resources this is what the current administration got it wrong, nevertheless, we re gathering data and information, in as much as I could want to comment on government policy for now, I am assuring our people of Nasarawa State to have confidence in us ,stand by us for proper and decisive administration when given the chance come 2027″ He stated.
Also speaking the state Assembly member representing Karu ,Gitata State constituency , Honourable Jonah Ali Dizaho said the PDP in Nasarawa State is unshaken and would take over power to cheat out the APC which has plunged the country into hardship.
He enjoined the people of Nasarawa State to remain focused and ready to vote the PDP and Dr David Emmanuel Ombugadu the only aspirant and candidate of the PDP in the State.
Reeling out his achievements of over a year in office , Jonah Ali said he has embarked on drilling of boreholes to rural communities for the provision of portable drinking water.
Highlight of the event included a donation of over a million naira and a Two hundred Thousand Naira in support of the elders and the youth respectively by Dr David Emmanuel Ombugadu and Honourable Jonah Ali.
