Popular Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo, has once again stirred conversations online after revealing plans to undergo a Lipo 360 cosmetic surgery. The actress took to social media to call on fans and well-wishers to pray for her as she prepared for the procedure.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, the actress appeared cheerful and confident, dancing to a gospel song by Lawrence Oyor titled “Favour” while in a hospital gown. She wrote in the caption:

“It’s happening today, with my Lipo 360 surgery. Please say a little prayer for me. I’m not scared! I trust my doctors. It will end in praise! Amen.”

The video quickly went viral, drawing mixed reactions from fans and social media users. While some expressed support and wished her well, others criticised the growing trend of body enhancement surgeries among Nigerian celebrities.

A fan, Ijeoma Ikonne, reacted saying, “God sef no dey answer such prayers. He sees it as a wasted prayer. But which one be Lipo 360 kwanu? I never hear that one before ooo.”
Another user, Peace Nwachukwu Uti, commented, “Before we start the prayer session, can you explain the meaning of Lipo 360 surgery? This will help us know how to distribute the prayer points.”

Others, however, offered kind words, praying for her safety and quick recovery.

Lipo 360 is a full-body contouring cosmetic surgery that targets stubborn fat around the abdomen, waist, flanks, and back to give a more sculpted appearance. The actress previously underwent liposuction earlier in the year, a procedure she credited with improving her self-esteem and mental health after marriage and childbirth.

Reacting to the backlash, Ogbodo noted in a past interview that her decision to undergo cosmetic enhancement was personal and tied to her body confidence.
