Amid renewed concerns over escalating insecurity and deadly attacks across parts of Nigeria, Mohammed Ali Ndume has questioned the response strategy of security forces, urging more decisive action against armed groups responsible for violent attacks.
Speaking on the recurring violence linked to bandit activities, the senator expressed frustration over continued killings and challenged the effectiveness of current military operations.
“What do you want the military to do? If you can identify the bandits who killed people recklessly, you don’t have to waste time to kill them,” Ndume said.
