Popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has left Tanzania after weeks of caring for her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, who recently welcomed a baby boy. The actress’s departure marks the end of her traditional Omugwo duties, which she proudly described as a “mission accomplished.”
Iyabo Ojo, who had been by Priscilla’s side since her delivery in Canada, travelled with her daughter to Tanzania for the baby’s 40-day naming ceremony. The event was reportedly attended by close friends, family members, and fellow Nollywood stars, including Toyin Abraham.
A viral video shared online captured the emotional moment the actress prepared to leave Tanzania after completing her grandmotherly duties. Fans flooded the comment section with prayers and admiration, praising her devotion to her daughter and grandchild.
