The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has directed its members yet to register with the Dangote Refinery to do so without delay, as direct fuel supply is set to commence on Monday.
In a memo signed by IPMAN President, Alhaji Abubakar Maigandi, and National Secretary, Hon. James Terlumun Tor, the association confirmed that the refinery will begin loading and distribution of petroleum products from 15 September 2025.
“Members who have already completed registration with Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals Co. Ltd are instructed to proceed with immediate payment,” the memo stated. “From Monday, the refinery will commence product loading and supply directly to buyers’ locations nationwide.”
The association urged unregistered members to complete their registration promptly to take advantage of the refinery’s operations, which mark a major shift in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum supply chain.
