Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has reacted sharply to the political trajectory of former Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, questioning his expectations following an earlier electoral setback.
Speaking on the matter, Sule dismissed concerns over Adamu’s loss and his subsequent political considerations, suggesting that electoral defeat should not translate into entitlement or expectations in another political platform.
“If he (Ex-IGP Adamu) has lost, so what? What makes him think he will get what he is looking for in another party?” the governor said, in remarks that underscore growing political tension and realignment discussions within the state’s political landscape.
The comment adds to ongoing conversations around party loyalty, post-election movements, and shifting alliances within Nigeria’s political scene.
