Nigeria’s downstream sector received a boost as fresh consignments of fuel and Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) were delivered at key terminals in Lagos, Warri and Port Harcourt between 26 and 30 September 2025.
According to shipping and depot records, several oil marketing firms, including Bovas, NIPCO and 11PLC, took delivery of products at various jetties.
Confirmed tanker activities during the period include:
- Mycroft: 24,000 MT of AGO for NIPCO, berthed at Warri and Apapa, Lagos, on 26 September.
- Bagshot: 6,500 MT of base oil for 11PLC, Lagos, berthed 26 September.
- Anael: 30,000 MT of AGO at Okrika Jetty, Port Harcourt, berthed 26 September.
- St Ilhaam: 20,000 MT of AGO for Wosbab, Lagos, berthed 27 September.
- Lady Victoria 1: 10,000 MT of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) for Bovas Oil, Ibafon, Lagos, berthed 27 September.
- Mosunmola: 18,000 MT of PMS for Taurus, Warri, berthed 28 September.
The new arrivals are expected to ease supply pressures and strengthen distribution across the country.
