Chioma Adeleke, lovingly known as Chef Chi and wife of Afrobeat superstar Davido, has made a heartfelt return to Instagram after a three-year hiatus following the tragic loss of her son, Ifeanyi, in 2022.
Marking her comeback, Chioma shared a touching tribute featuring a wedding bouquet adorned with a picture of Ifeanyi. Accompanying the image, she wrote, “My best friend walked me into forever. Ify, you’re on my mind every day and you live in my heart—always and forever. Love, mummy.”
This poignant post comes shortly after Chioma and Davido’s grand wedding ceremony in Miami on August 10, 2025. The couple, who welcomed twins in 2023, continue to cherish and honour the memory of their late son.
