Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s anticipated 2027 presidential ambition gained fresh momentum on Saturday as prominent political figures unveiled his first branded campaign vehicle.

The unveiling ceremony featured key opposition figures, including former Sokoto State Governor and ex-Speaker of the House of Representatives Aminu Tambuwal and former Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi, alongside leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The campaign vehicle, reportedly donated by businessman Alhaji Mustapha Usman Maso, was presented as part of early mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Supporters at the event described the unveiling as a symbolic step in consolidating a broad political alliance around former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, as discussions continue over coalition-building and opposition strategy ahead of the next electoral cycle.

No official campaign launch date was announced, but the event has further intensified political conversations around possible realignments in Nigeria’s opposition landscape.
