– The Chief Executive Officer of SANAN Real Homes, Alhaji Dr Sanusi Abdul Sanusi, has paid a congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Professor Usman Ogbo, describing his emergence as a moment of pride for the Ankpa Federal Constituency.
Sanusi, accompanied by the Chairman of Ankpa Local Government Area, Hon. Suleiman Yakubu, met the academic at the university’s campus in Anyigba following his recent appointment.
During the courtesy call, the SANAN Real Homes CEO commended Ahmed Usman Ododo for what he described as a well-considered decision, noting that Professor Ogbo’s appointment reflects merit, experience and a deep commitment to education.
“He is one of our own and a proud son of Ankpa,” Sanusi said, adding that the community views the appointment as recognition of Ogbo’s years of dedication to scholarship, administration and public service.
The delegation pledged their full support to the new vice-chancellor, expressing confidence in his capacity to reposition the institution through strategic leadership and development-driven initiatives.
Professor Ogbo, in his remarks, thanked the visitors and Governor Ododo for the confidence placed in him. He reaffirmed his resolve to strengthen academic standards, improve infrastructure and ensure that graduates of the university are equipped to compete both nationally and globally.
