In a strategic move to enhance Nigeria’s business climate and attract foreign investments, President Bola Tinubu has appointed Princess Zahrah Audu as the new Director-General of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC). Princess Zahrah Audu, an accomplished entrepreneur and technology expert, brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Prior to this appointment, she served as the technical adviser to the President on Foreign Direct Investment, where she played a pivotal role in formulating strategies to attract international investors to Nigeria.
Audu succeeds Jumoke Oduwole, who was recently appointed as the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment in a cabinet reshuffle. Her new role as Director-General of PEBEC is seen as a significant step in President Tinubu’s plan to strengthen Nigeria’s economic framework and promote a business-friendly environment.
