Nafiu Bala, a prominent figure within the African Democratic Congress (ADC), on Thursday led a group of loyal supporters to the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja.
Bala is asserting his claim to the leadership of the ADC and has been locked in a legal battle with a rival faction led by David Mark.
