Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has placed the state on high security alert, pledging to deploy advanced technology and intelligence-led strategies to counter emerging threats from terrorism, kidnapping and banditry.
The governor said his administration would strengthen collaboration among security agencies while leveraging modern surveillance and digital security tools to prevent criminal activities and enhance public safety.
Abiodun reaffirmed his government’s commitment to protecting lives and property, stressing that Ogun would not become a safe haven for criminal elements. He vowed to sustain proactive security measures aimed at preserving peace, safeguarding residents and supporting economic growth across the state.
