Mallam Aminu Ibrahim Ringim, the prominent leader of the Kwankwasiyya Movement in Jigawa State, has officially put to rest speculations regarding his political future by confirming his firm resolve to remain within the African Democratic Congress.
Speaking on the current political landscape, Ringim emphasized that the present period is a critical juncture for the nation’s democracy, necessitating a solidified opposition front. He maintained that it is time for all opposition leaders to remain united and focused, setting aside internal differences to effectively challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress.
According to the party chieftain, a cohesive and disciplined opposition is the only viable path to securing victory in the twenty twenty-seven general elections.
