Former Labour Party vice-presidential candidate Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed has fired back at supporters of Peter Obi, popularly known as “Obidients,” following persistent attacks against him.
Speaking in an interview with *Symfoni TV*, Datti stated that Obidients are always eager to attack him whenever he speaks the truth about their principal, Peter Obi.
According to him, he possesses more damaging information to reveal about Peter Obi and the 2023 election if the attacks from the group continue.
“Obidients are always eager to attack me. I have more damaging things to reveal. You attack me because I told you the truth about Peter Obi,” Datti said.
He maintained that he remains a loyal member of the Labour Party but will not be silenced by Obidients who are unaware of what transpired behind the scenes in 2023.
Recall that Datti Baba-Ahmed had, in recent weeks, been critical of Peter Obi’s reported moves to join the ADC coalition.
His comments angered the Obidients, who accused him of betraying Peter Obi and working for Atiku Abubakar.
