The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned three men before the Federal High Court in Ibadan, Oyo State, over an alleged N30 million Canadian visa fraud.
The defendants — were brought before Justice [insert judge’s name] on charges bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and fraudulent representation.
