Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford during the January transfer window.
According to reports in Spain, Barcelona have made initial contact with Rashford’s representatives to signal their intent. The English forward has also been linked with other top clubs, including AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Arsenal, and West Ham, in recent weeks.
A significant hurdle for potential suitors, however, is Rashford’s staggering wages. The England international reportedly earns over €350,000 per week at Manchester United, presenting a considerable financial challenge for any club hoping to secure his services.
Despite the financial implications, Barcelona president Joan Laporta is reportedly determined to bolster Hansi Flick’s squad during the winter transfer window, viewing Rashford as a valuable addition to the team.
