President Bola Tinubu has extended warm birthday wishes to Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso on the occasion of his birthday, 21 October 2025, describing him as a long-standing friend and political ally.
In a statement, the president reflected on their shared history: “Senator Kwankwaso remains a friend and ally with whom I served in the National Assembly in 1992, and later as governors in 1999.”
He added, “We also collaborated in founding the All Progressives Congress. Although he later departed to form the New Nigeria Peoples Party, it is noteworthy that he remains within the progressive fold.”
President Tinubu’s message underlines continued mutual respect between the two political figures, despite their current affiliations.
