Popular social media personality and herbalist Eniola Fagbemi, popularly known as Sisi Alagbo, has apologised to her followers after a sex tape reportedly involving her, her husband Adesola Hakeem and another woman was leaked online.
The video, which went viral on Monday, was not sighted by our correspondent. The leak has since generated widespread comment and controversy on social media.
Taking to her verified Facebook account on Wednesday, Fagbemi said she “owns [her] mistakes” and asked for forgiveness. “I apologise with all sincerity for the video circulating online. I am deeply sorry to everyone who felt disappointed in me,” she wrote.
She described the emotional toll the episode has taken on her, saying she had been unable to sleep for days and that even sleeping medication had not helped. “Please don’t condemn me or castigate me. I am already passing through a lot. I can’t eat or sleep for days… I am deeply sorry, everyone. Please forgive me,” she added, asking fans not to push her to harm herself.
Fagbemi rose to prominence by promoting herbal remedies and her grandmother’s business online, and she gained further attention after a widely shared clip last year showed her kneeling to greet Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. She has said the encounter boosted sales of her “agbo” and increased her profile.
