Ankpa, Kogi State — Aspirant and political figure, Sanan, has taken his campaign train to Inye Ward in Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi State, where he formally declared his political intentions to party executives, stakeholders and supporters in his hometown.
The visit, which drew a sizeable crowd of well-wishers and party faithful, marked a significant step in Sanan’s grassroots mobilisation as he seeks broader support ahead of the political contest.
Sanan was warmly received by prominent political leaders within the ward and the local government area, alongside a large gathering of supporters who turned out to welcome him.
Addressing the gathering, the aspirant openly declared his intention to contest and urged party members and residents to rally behind his vision for the community.
He reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare and development of his people, promising to build on the goodwill he has already established within the area.
“I remain committed to serving our people and sustaining the progress we have started,” Sanan told supporters during the meeting.
He further assured the gathering that if given the mandate at the polls, he would expand on his current efforts and deliver even more impactful initiatives aimed at improving the lives of residents in the ward and across the constituency.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for party executives and community stakeholders to interact with the aspirant, as discussions centred on unity within the party and the need for continued grassroots engagement.
