Nyesom Wike has conferred on Chief Deacon Ogwu James Onoja, SAN FCArb, PhD, the Agenyi Ata Igala Kingdom , the Distinguished Service Star Of Rivers State Award ( DSSRS ), for his exemplary character which has distinguished him in leadership and services to the good people of Rivers State .
