The Niger State High Court sitting in Minna, has struck out the Case filed by Eight (8) aggrieved PDP Members on the Local Government Executive Elections of the party.
The court affirmed the NWC / NEC Party’s decision to repeat congresses in 8 LGA namely Suleja, Paikoro, Munya, Shiroro, Rafi, MAGAMA, Mashegu, and Rijau LGA.
The court ruled that the NWC should set a date and Conduct fresh Congresses in those 8 LGA’s.
