Olumoroti George Olusola recently paid a courtesy visit to his leader, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, to express his gratitude for his appointment as the Managing Director of the Lower Niger Basin Development Authority, based in Ilorin, which serves both Kwara and Kogi states.

ObserversTimes reported last week that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu appointed Olusola to this significant role, alongside Hon. Hassan Omale, with both appointments facilitated by Chief James Faleke.

In his remarks, Olusola extended his heartfelt thanks to President Tinubu for the opportunity to serve and contribute to Nigeria’s restoration agenda. He also acknowledged the steadfast support of Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, as well as the encouragement he received from family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers.

Olusola emphasized his commitment to answering the national call to duty, promising to align with the vision of accelerating Nigeria’s development and prosperity under the President’s leadership. He expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to drive grassroots development and contribute to the nation’s overall growth.

As he embarks on this new role, Olusola reflected on his gratitude to the Almighty God for His mercy, faithfulness, and grace in granting him this opportunity. With determination and dedication, he is poised to make a positive impact and lead efforts toward a brighter future for the region.

Part of his statement read:

“I am deeply honored and grateful to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing me as the Managing Director of the Lower Niger Basin Development Authority, Ilorin (Kwara and Kogi). This opportunity represents not just a position but a call to serve, and I am excited to align with Mr. President’s restoration agenda for Nigeria, especially in advancing grassroots development.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my leader, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, for his unwavering belief in me and his steadfast support. My appreciation also goes to my family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers whom God used to support me.

Above all, I thank the Almighty God for His mercy, faithfulness, and grace in granting me this favor.

This is a national call to duty, and I am fully committed to contributing my quota to Mr. President’s vision of accelerating Nigeria’s development and prosperity. Together, we can achieve great things for our nation.”
