Nasarawa NSCDC Command Parades 8 Suspects for various Crime

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Nasarawa State Command under the leadership of Commandant Muhammed Kabiru Ingawa,has made a series of arrests, demonstrating the Command’s commitment to maintaining law and order in the state.

Parading suspects for various crimes at the Command Headquarters in Lafia the state capital, the Commandant who spoke through the Command’s Public Relation Officer DSC Jerry Victor stated that four (4) notorious Motorcycle syndicate were arrested by the gallant men of the NSCDC, Nasarawa State Command as the suspect lured their victims to a secluded area along Wakwa Road in Lafia and snatched his motorcycle using long plated knife as their weapon to scare their victim.

The suspects are Abdulmumuni Musa 20yrs ‘M’ from Kwandere Lafia North Development Area, Abdul Umar 18yrs from Lungun Wambai Lafia, Isa Yakubu 28yrs from Yam Zone, and Musa Abdullahi 22yrs.Stating that the gang leader confessed to have killed his victim in a separate operation.

The NSCDC Commandant further averred that it will in a crack operations continue disrupting motorcycle syndicates and their illegal activities, ensuring the safety of motorcycle owners in the state.

He disclosed that Three (3) suspects were arrested for burglary and theft, highlighting the Command’s efforts to combat property crime and protect citizens’ belongings.

” The suspects are Abdulhamid Hussain 20yrs, Yusuf Mohammed 19yrs and Adamu Usman 24yrs all from Tudun Kwashi village in Lafia.The suspects have confessed to have broken into the house of one Hamza Ahmed and stole the total sum of One Million Ninety Thousand Naira only, (1,090,000).

In another development, Mohammed Kabiru while parading the suspects said one individual, Dahiru Salisu 40yrs from Katsina state but resides in Agyaragu, Obi Local Government Area of the state, was taken into custody for attempting to kidnap a Pastor (Name withheld ), and fraudulently collected the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira from his victim (200,000).
