As Muslims across the country celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, Comrade Abdulkadir Wokili, Director of MYK Properties Media Home, has extended heartfelt Sallah greetings to key national figures, recognizing their roles in leadership, security, and economic development.
In a statement issued in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, Wokili congratulated the Emir of Shonga, His Royal Highness Dr. Haliru Ndanusa Yahaya, OON, describing him as a symbol of peace, tradition, and progressive leadership in Kwara State. He prayed for the monarch’s continued wisdom and strength in steering the affairs of the Shonga Emirate to greater heights.
Wokili also sent his festive felicitations to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DC) Dr. Alhaji Ahmed Mohammed Sanusi, Commander of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT), Nigeria, and traditional ruler—Emir of Lokoja in Kogi State. He lauded the security chief for his unwavering service to the nation, blending traditional authority with commitment to national safety.
In an emotional tribute, the former National President of the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) showered praise on his mentor and business leader, Alhaji Abubakar Mayaki, widely known as the Mayaki General of Lagos and Aré Asoludéro of Landaba Kingdom, Lagos State.
Wokili extolled Mayaki as one of Africa’s foremost real estate entrepreneurs and philanthropists, whose impact has transformed communities and inspired young Nigerians in business.
“Alhaji Mayaki is a visionary and tireless entrepreneur whose resilience, innovative mindset, and philanthropic spirit have reshaped the real estate landscape in Nigeria,” Wokili said.
According to him, Mayaki’s success story is rooted in discipline, generosity, and an unwavering belief in empowering people and communities. “His investments in property development have not only created wealth but have uplifted many from poverty and inspired the next generation of business leaders.”
He continued: “Mayaki’s passion to invest in people and expand his business empire reflects a rare combination of business acumen and love for humanity.”
Wokili prayed for Mayaki’s continued good health, long life, and expansion of his economic influence in Nigeria and beyond. He urged fellow entrepreneurs and youths to emulate the Mayaki General’s model of using business as a platform for community transformation.
As the Sallah celebration continues, Wokili concluded by praying for peace, prosperity, and unity across the nation. “May this season bring joy, blessings, and renewed hope to all. May your business ventures shine brighter than ever, and may your service to humanity continue to flourish.”
