President Bola Tinubu is meeting with governors elected on the All Progressives Congress platform at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The meeting, initially scheduled for 4 p.m. in the Council Chamber, began at about 5 p.m. after the venue was moved to the Conference Room of the President’s Office.
Governors present at Thursday’s meeting included Prof. Babagana Zulum (Borno), Hope Uzodimma (Imo), Inuwa Yahaya (Gombe), Hyacinth Alia (Benue), Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), Peter Mbah (Enugu), and AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (Kwara), among others. Some states were represented by their deputy governors.
