ADC members must intentionally build strong relationships within their various wards by actively engaging community members, artisans, religious leaders, market men and women, and the youth constituency. Real victory is not accidental; it is built on solid organisation, effective structure, and committed presence at the polling units. The strength of any political party is not measured by slogans or noise on social media, but by the discipline, accountability, and consistent grassroots mobilisation of its members.
Every ADC member must take ownership of their polling unit. Knowing the voters personally, encouraging PVC collection, educating the electorate on the party’s vision, and ensuring massive turnout on election day are critical responsibilities. Elections are won from the units upward, not from the top downward. Structure and accountability at the grassroots level are non-negotiable foundations for success. At the same time, unity of purpose among aspirants and members remains essential for collective progress.
Winning an election is an art with diverse processes. It requires planning, strategy, coordination, and continuous engagement long before the election date. Everything necessary for victory must be deployed months ahead, while ensuring the right reinforcements, monitoring mechanisms, and mobilisation strategies are firmly in place. Preparation determines performance.
If ADC remains disciplined, united, and deeply rooted in grassroots organisation, victory will not be a mere aspiration but a reality. With strategic structure, accountability, and unity across all levels, 2027 will mark a defining moment. ADC will emerge victorious.
