Nigeria’s former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has reportedly taken a third wife in a traditional ceremony that held recently.
According to reports, the bride, identified as Adaugo, is 29 years old and hails from Abia State. She is said to be an entrepreneur running an interior design business.
Sources describe her as a devout Pentecostal Christian, a graduate of a top private university in Nigeria, and someone who prefers to keep a low profile despite her beauty and elegance.
The marriage is coming after Fani-Kayode’s previous unions. His first wife, Regina, a Ghanaian ex-beauty queen, currently resides in Accra, where she runs her businesses and is actively involved in Christian ministry. The two share a daughter and are said to have maintained a strong bond despite the distance.
His second wife, Precious Chikwendu, a former beauty queen, is the mother of his four sons. Though divorced, reports suggest the relationship between them has remained cordial, with Precious having unrestricted access to their children.
Insiders claim that the addition of Adaugo has been well received by those close to the former Minister. Sources say Fani-Kayode has worked to maintain harmony among his wives, past and present, an effort described as rare but commendable.
