The Supreme Court has re-affirmed Sheriff Oborevwori of the PDP as the duly elected Governor of Delta State in the 18th March Governorship poll.
Justice Inyang John Okoro upheld the concurrent decisions of the lower Courts that the appeal/petition brought by the APC & Ovie Omo-Agege was unmeritorious.
