Kogi state election tribunal sitting in Abuja has nullified the election of a federal lawmaker representing Dekina /Bassa federal constituency Hon Hassan Baiwa ordered Independent National electoral commission INEC for fresh election within ninety days 90, in a petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party candidate Hon Benjamin Ikani Okolo, the Judge in their unanimous decision called for another fresh election.
