Last night, the APC Strategy, Conflict, Resolution, and Mobilisation Committee held its inaugural meeting in Abuja. The meeting was hosted by the committee’s chairman, Governor Mala Buni, at Yobe State Governor’s Lodge, Abuja.
Others in the committee who attended the meeting include Governor Uzodimma, Governor Fubara, Governor Alia, Governor Sheriff, Governor Sani, Governor Oyebanji, Defence Minister (State) Bello Matawalle, Blue Economy Minister Oyetola, former Governor Yahaya Bello, Senator Aleiro, former APC National Legal Adviser, Muiz Banire and President Tinubu’s SSA on Political Affairs, Ibrahim Masari.
Governor Bassey Otu, Governor Abdulrahman, and Governor Namadi, who are also members of the committee, were absent at the meeting.
On Wednesday, December 24th, President Tinubu formed the committee to address internal conflicts within the APC and strengthen mobilisation efforts across the country.
