The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Ogun State, Ladi Adebutu, and his running mate, Yemi Sowunmi-Kolapo, are missing from the final list of candidates released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), *Daily Trust* reports.
A check of the INEC portal by our correspondent showed that the document, signed by the commission’s secretary, Rose Oriaran-Anthony, contains 13 governorship candidates and their running mates, but conspicuously omits the PDP candidates.
However, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Solomon Adeola (popularly known as Yayi), and his running mate, Kudirat Abiodun Balogun, made the list.
