Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has approved a minor reshuffle of his cabinet, resulting in the exit of three commissioners from the State Executive Council as part of efforts to reposition his administration.

The development was announced on Thursday, with the governor also forwarding the names of new commissioner nominees to the Bauchi State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation in line with constitutional provisions.

While the government has yet to disclose the identities of the outgoing commissioners or the portfolios affected, the reshuffle is seen as part of Governor Mohammed’s routine administrative review aimed at strengthening governance and enhancing service delivery across the state.

The nominees will assume office upon successful screening and confirmation by the state legislature.
