BREAKING: Court Strips Billionaire Aisha Achimugu of ₦4.6bn Jewelry, Luxury Cars and Cash

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) sitting in Apo, Abuja, has ordered the final forfeiture of multi-billion naira assets linked to Abuja businesswoman, Aisha Achimugu, to the Federal Government.

The presiding judge granted the order for the permanent forfeiture of items including high-end jewelry valued at ₦4,645,170,294.90 and 11 exotic vehicles worth ₦4,293,000,000.

In addition to the physical assets, the court ordered the forfeiture of cash sums amounting to $50,000 (Fifty Thousand United States Dollars) and ₦30,000,000 (Thirty Million Naira) recovered from the respondent.

The ruling marks the conclusion of the legal proceedings regarding the acquisition of the properties, which the court has now legally transferred to the custody of the Federal Government.
