The return of Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as JANDOR, to the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been hailed as a significant and positive move by Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly.
Hosting JANDOR at his official residence in Ikeja GRA, Obasa praised his courage and conviction, affirming that the APC remains the party that best reflects the aspirations of Lagosians and Nigerians alike. “We welcome JANDOR back to the progressive family with open arms,” Obasa declared.
He assured the former PDP gubernatorial candidate of a full reintegration and promised strong collaboration toward advancing good governance in Lagos State.
In response, JANDOR expressed gratitude for the warm reception and reiterated his commitment to working alongside the APC for the progress of Lagos and the entire nation. He lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s bold tax reforms, acknowledging the inevitable criticisms but affirming his support.
“It takes courage and leadership to introduce such reforms in the face of resistance. The President has once again demonstrated his resolve to put the people first, and I fully align with this vision,” JANDOR said.
