The Nigerian Police Force Intelligence Department has granted bail to Alex Enenche and Abraham Daniel, former pastors at Dunamis Church, who were detained over cyberbullying allegations against Pastor Paul Enenche.

The two individuals were released after an agreement was reached to resolve the matter amicably. They have been instructed to report back to the Force Intelligence Department on January 10 and January 13, 2025.

Alex Enenche and Daniel were accused of cyberbullying and criminal defamation against Pastor Paul Enenche, but their legal representative stated that no clear reason was given for their detention.

Family members of the detained individuals had expressed concerns about their whereabouts, but they have now been released on bail.

The invitation letters sent to Daniel and Alexander Enenche requested their presence for questioning related to cyberbullying allegations, and they are at liberty to bring their attorney to future interviews.

This development comes after Pastor Daniel publicly accused Pastor Enenche of reneging on a gentleman’s agreement between them. The matter is still under investigation by the Nigerian Police.
