This was made known on Sunday during the inauguration of their leaders.
The ethnic group also mulled support for Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, Senator representing Nasarawa West Senatorial District, on his bid to succeed as governor in 2027.
This show of solidarity has continued to swell the political feathers of Senator Ahmed Wadada, whom they described as a nationalist and a leader who holds his people in high esteem, providing basic essential amenities to his constituents.
According to the organizers of the rally, the event was a reflection of the Senator’s continued engagement with his constituents and his support for peace, unity, and development in Nasarawa State.
In his acceptance remarks, Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, deeply touched by the honour meted to him, thanked the Fulani community for the recognition.
He, however, stated that the gesture from the crowd is dedicated to President Tinubu and Governor Sule. Describing President Tinubu’s administration as one determined to reform and as a people-oriented government, he called for continued support for the President’s initiatives aimed at economic stability and security.
Senator Wadada also commended Governor Sule’s developmental strides in infrastructure, agriculture, and his unwavering commitment to promoting investment across the state.
