10th Senate Supported IBB ‘s Autobiography with 80 Million Naira

The Tenth Senate of the Nigeria National Assembly represented by Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, at the public presentation of former President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida’s (IBB) autobiography, “A Journey In Service,” held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, handsomely supported the project with a donation of Eighty Million Naira.

At the high-profile event, Senator. Wadada conveyed the warm felicitations of the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio; Deputy Senate President, Jibrin Barau; the leadership of the Senate; and the entire members of the 10th Senate.

He emphasized that the Senate fully recognizes IBB’s immense contributions to Nigeria’s political and socio-economic landscape, making the autobiography a significant historical document.

Taking a moment to reflect on his personal relationship with President Ibrahim Babangida, Sen. Wadada recalled how his family’s strong ties with IBB date back to his late father, Alh. Danyaya’s close relationship contributed in shaping his vision for leadership through creating political awareness and educating Nigerians
