A 26-year-old Ghanaian lawyer, Sara Araba Tettey, has died after reportedly suffering a cardiac arrest while celebrating Ghana’s 1–0 victory over Panama at the FIFA World Cup.

According to reports, Tettey collapsed during the celebrations and was rushed for medical attention, where she was later pronounced dead.

Her sudden death has sparked an outpouring of grief across social media, with many Ghanaians mourning the promising young legal professional whose life was tragically cut short during what had been a moment of national celebration.
