Nigerian woman Yinka Theisen, a former partner of Linc Edochie, has publicly accused May Yul-Edochie—the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie—of allegedly instigating targeted online harassment against her.
Theisen claims that members of a group calling themselves May Nation have engaged in coordinated cyberbullying campaigns, including filing a petition to her employer in an attempt to get her dismissed from her job. She further alleged that her children have been subjected to attacks and her private contact information has been shared online.
“A group of women wrote a petition to my employers that I was bullying a suicidal woman who is not suicidal at all, just to get me fired,” Theisen said in a social media post. “A bunch of brainless, unintelligent, insane women. You attacked my kids, shared my number, and I became a target when I chose to retaliate. Kept pushing till Linc Edochie announced a breakup.”
In a direct message aimed at May Yul-Edochie, she issued what she described as her last public warning.
“May Yul-Edochie, enough is enough, I am warning you publicly for the last time, leave me alone!!!!” she wrote.
The allegations add another layer to the already turbulent public disputes involving members of the Edochie family, which have often drawn intense social media attention in Nigeria.
