President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended warm congratulations to Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, Nigeria’s National Security Adviser, as he marks his 65th birthday on 21 November 2025.

President Tinubu described Ribadu as a principled reformer, an accomplished security professional, and an unwavering patriot devoted to the progress of the nation.

He commended Ribadu for his exceptional integrity and steadfast commitment to public service—qualities he said have left a profound imprint on Nigeria’s governance and security institutions.

Reflecting on their long-standing relationship, the President said: “Since we forged a close bond over 15 years ago, I have come to recognise and appreciate Nuhu’s honesty, forthrightness and camaraderie.

“As a key member of our Renewed Hope Agenda team, I have found Nuhu to be patriotic, loyal, and refreshingly candid.

“As Nuhu turns 65 today, I earnestly pray that Almighty Allah grants him continued good health and greater wisdom to keep serving our beloved country.”
