President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured citizens that 2026 will mark the beginning of clear, tangible improvements in their daily lives, pledging that the federal government’s reform agenda is now set to yield visible results.
Speaking through a statement shared via Politics Nigeria, President Tinubu emphasised that the tough policy decisions taken since the start of his administration were designed to lay a stronger economic foundation for sustainable development.
According to him, Nigerians can expect meaningful progress across key sectors, including infrastructure, job creation, power, security, and social welfare, as government programmes begin to translate from policy to practical impact.
The President noted that while the past months had been demanding for many households, the sacrifices made were necessary to correct long-standing structural distortions and to position the country for recovery and growth.
Tinubu reiterated his commitment to ensuring that no Nigerian is left behind in the government’s development drive, promising that 2026 would be a decisive year of delivery.
He urged citizens to remain hopeful and continue supporting the administration’s efforts to build a more prosperous and resilient nation.
