At about 10 Pm Saturday night a report reaching this medium confirmed the attack on Tatara village in Panda Development Area of Karu local government of Nasarawa State.
According to the report, as made available on a major platform of the state, alleging Fulani gun men had stormed the area in the night shooting people without provocation.
The report revealed that” This evening Information reaching to us that fulani people enter tatara panda development shooting and killed people with gun.please if there’s any assistant from government please, we need it quickly right now before it gets worse because we don’t know how its going to end because is already night please.
An on the spot contact with police command was established by Observers Times to ascertained the true position of the unrest ,however the Nasarawa State Police Command Spokesman Supritendent of Police SP Ramhan Nansel dispelled the allegation alluding that it was not Fulani killer squard but a robbery attacked in a shop.
He said ” It was a robbery incident that was foiled. The attackers injured some people sitting in front of the shop they wanted to rob, but they escaped before the arrival of the police.
