In a strong worded admonition to the people of Nasarawa State ,the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Abdullahi Sule on Public Affairs and Media Comrade Peter Ahemba has assured that in no distance time the governor will come out with names of those nominated to form the next Executive Council.
Peter Ahemba made this known via a telephone conversation with Observers Times on Thursday and urging the general public to disregard any rumour without an official communication from the government.
According to him , the governor is still consulting and working on credible and a more competent persons to be nominated as members of the state executive council, which will soon be unveil without secrecy.
” People must stay Focus and depend on government position as regards who becomes the Secretary to the State Government and not relaying on social media insinuations .I strongly believe that by the time my principal unveil those to be commissioners the state will be happy he got the right persons ,so no need for anxiety because the governor has not named anybody yet as SSG” He said.
It would be recalled that Barrister Labaran Shuiabu Magaji’s name trended on the social media penultimately as the incoming SSG but the SSA public Affairs and Media said it is fake and such appointment without official communication from the government should be disregarded.
” So by the time the governor is done with who becomes members of his cabinet it would be communicated to the public through the right channel of communication and this will be soon as the governor has no intention to run the system without the executive council and the SSG .I am assuring you that very soon the appointment will be made” Peter assured.
