Jerry Gana, a founding stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), has dropped a bombshell, revealing that the party is pulling out all the stops to lure Peter Obi back into its ranks.
When pressed on whether the PDP had extended an olive branch to Obi, Gana cheekily responded, “Why ever not?”
He went on, “Obi’s not the only one we’re chatting up. We’re reaching out to others too, but I’m keeping mum until we’ve sealed the deal.
“We’ve got a cracking platform now. I can go back to these chaps and say the stage you were grumbling about is sorted, shipshape, and ready to roll. I’m confident loads of them will jump on board.”
