Nigeria’s tax authority has launched a new digital platform aimed at overhauling tax administration and improving service delivery across the country.
The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) on Wednesday introduced “Rev360”, a technology-driven system designed to streamline tax processes and enhance efficiency for taxpayers.
In a statement, the agency said the rollout signals its transition to what it calls “Tax Administration 3.0” — a move away from manual, fragmented systems towards a fully integrated digital framework.
According to the NRS, the new platform is expected to simplify compliance, reduce bottlenecks, and provide a more user-friendly interface for individuals and businesses navigating tax obligations.
The initiative reflects broader efforts by Nigerian authorities to modernise public service delivery through digital transformation, as governments worldwide increasingly adopt technology to improve transparency and operational efficiency.
